With a Master’s degree in Computer Applications, he founded in SAFE in 2012. Incubated in IIT Bombay, and backed by Cisco’s former Chairman and CEO John Chambers, SAFE protects the digital infrastructure of multiple Fortune 500 companies around the world with its cyber risk measurement and mitigation platform called SAFE. Ajay Arora is a cybersecurity leader with 20 years of experience spanning cyber governance, risk analytics, risk quantification, AI security, and board-level cyber risk reporting. He is Head of Cyber Risk Quantification & Decision Intelligence at Safe Security, helping security leaders and boards make data-driven risk decisions. Previously, Ajay spent 16+ years at Deloitte, where he led the Cyber Metrics, Analytics, and Quantification (CMAQ) offering. He is a regular speaker at RSA, Gartner Summits, HS-ISAC, and FS-ISAC events, and holds CISSP, PMP, and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer certifications, with deep expertise in NIST, ISO 27000, and PCI-DSS frameworks.

Saket Bajoria is the Chief Product Officer at SAFE Security, leading the charge to redefine how organizations manage cyber risk — with AI, automation, and real-world impact at the core. With over 15 years across cybersecurity operations, risk, and product, Saket brings deep hands-on experience in building systems that actually work for security teams — not just dashboards that sit idle. At SAFE, he’s driving the vision for an agent-driven, autonomous platform that does the heavy lifting so defenders can focus on what matters. Saket works closely with CISOs, regulators, and enterprise risk leaders to advance the next wave of innovation across Cyber Risk Quantification (CRQ), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM).

Resha is a cybersecurity product leader with more than fifteen years of experience shaping strategy across cyber risk management, endpoint security, and identity. She leads Product Marketing and Analyst Relations at SAFE Security where she guides the company’s market narrative, turns customer insight into product direction, and drives adoption across CRQ, CTEM, and TPRM. She builds the go to market engines, sharpens the value story, and helps define where the category is heading. Her work plays a central role in how SAFE shows up to customers, analysts, and the broader market.

Erica Eager is the Senior Director of Cyber Risk Quantification at SAFE and has over a decade of experience in cybersecurity and cyber risk quantification. Erica architected the SAFE Platform’s financial models and developed its proprietary database of primary cyber attack costs, attack metadata, and TTPs.

Her visionary leadership and ability to merge cybersecurity with finance risk modeling have been integral in building SAFE’s turnkey, bottom-up, fully tunable financial impact model with benchmark cost value drivers—helping enterprises establish the potential financial impact of attacks.

Joe Hsia serves as the Head of Design and Experience at SAFE, driving the end-to-end user experience across the SAFE Platform and spearheading its transformation into an CyberAGI. With over 15+ years of  experience in product design, UX leadership, across companies like Google, Meta, Yahoo, and high-growth startups, Joe brings a uniquely multidisciplinary design perspective to enterprise cybersecurity.

Michael Shawn Nagao is a seasoned leader with expertise in building strategic alliances, driving channel growth, and delivering measurable results. With experience at top companies like Cisco, Nimble Storage, and Rubrik, he has a proven track record of building a winning culture, aligning go-to-market strategies to accelerate revenue and expand market presence.

As Senior Vice President of Alliances & Partnerships at SAFE, Michael leads global partnership initiatives, developing innovative programs and fostering executive relationships that drive success. Previously, he launched high-impact partner enablement programs and implemented strategies that expanded market share and best in class channel programs.

Nicola (Nick) Sanna is President of SAFE, the category leader in cyber risk quantification and management software, a board member of the Internet Security Alliance (ISA) and a member of the cyber risk and corporate governance working group at the World Economic Forum. Nick is also the Founder of the FAIR Institute, a 15,000 members research-driven not-for-profit organization dedicated to advancing the discipline of cyber and operational risk management through education, standards and collaboration, that was named one of the 3 most influential industry organizations of the last 30 years. Nick is fluent in 5 languages and received a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Rome La Sapienza.

Hitesh Sethi is the Vice President of Engineering at SAFE Security, leading engineering across TPRM, CTEM, CRQ, and SAFE’s AI-first platform initiatives. He drives the design and scaling of multi-tenant microservices, high-volume data pipelines, and agent-driven architectures that power SAFE’s cyber risk products. Before SAFE, Hitesh worked at Rapyuta Robotics in progressively senior roles, contributing to large-scale cloud robotics systems and earning multiple patents in the cyber-robotics domain. He is known for building high-performing teams and delivering enterprise-grade, scalable engineering systems.
